The pictorial works of Pietro Mancuso, born in Valdobbiadene (TV) in 1944, are narratives that are sometimes disturbing, sometimes tinged with pleasant irony. In the Venetian artist, who seems to operate outside of time and history, the themes of surrealism are renewed with the human figure placed at the center of the narrative. His characters appear grouped in a sort of silent representation and in any case united by a common destiny. Curated and written by Mario Guderzo. Inside the work there is also a conversation between the critic Paolo Levi and the artist.
